Edgar (Ted) Bullock was an “old stalwart” of the Police Association who supported the introduction of life membership. He began his active involvement in the 1930’s as branch secretary and delegate of the Goulburn Branch. When he was transferred to Sydney in 1942 he became branch secretary and delegate of No 15 Branch (Randwick) and Executive member. In December 1961 he was promoted to commissioned rank and resigned from the Association in January 1962. Attested in September 1927, he retired in August 1964 with the rank of inspector 2nd class. He died on 25 October 1981.
