New Shadow Minister welcomed to the role

The Police Association of NSW has congratulated the recently elevated NSW Labor leader Chris Minns on the announcement of his Shadow Ministry, with Walter Secord as the new Shadow Minister for Police and Counter Terrorism.

“We welcome Walt Secord to the position of Shadow Minister for Police and Counter Terrorism,” said Tony King, PANSW President.

“We look forward to working with Labor and the new Shadow Minister to ensure that the unique and professional role that the Police officers of this state perform is supported to the fullest extent”.

“I also wish to acknowledge the work done by the previous Shadow Minister for Police, Lynda Voltz, and to thank her for her positive support of the Police officers of New South Wales,” said Mr King.
