During the festive season, the Association office hours will be as follows:
- Thursday 24 December - 8am to 3pm
- Friday 25 December - Office closed
- Monday 28 December - Office closed
- Tuesday 29 December - 9am to 4pm
- Wednesday 30 December - 9am to 4pm
- Thursday 31 December - 9am to 2pm
- Friday 1 January - Office closed
The Association will resume normal business hours of 8am to 5pm from Monday 4 January 2021.
For urgent assistance outside of office hours you can reach PANSW through the State Coordination Unit (the new name for the DOI). Additionally, the PANSW Toolbox App has the number for reaching PANSW directly in the event of Critical Incidents.
