AS part of PANSW’s ongoing review and maintenance of the PANSW Toolbox mobile app, the member-only app will be undergoing scheduled maintenance this week and will be unavailable between 9am to midday on Thursday 14th May 2020.

The next app update, being released during this scheduled maintenance, will resolve the app crashing issues reported by some members accessing the app from Android devices, as well as introduce a range of new features for both Android and iPhone users.
These new features include:
- New look numeric PIN Pad, similar to a banking app
- New Surveys and Voting feature for quick, short member feedback on issues important to members
- Push notifications log so members can look back at push notifications from PANSW that were not opened immediately
- Update to Contacts Database / Branch Contacts
The update is expected to be deployed to app stores on the afternoon of Thursday 14th May 2020.
Members are encouraged to check the App stores for the new version next week.
