Police officer and local dad hailed as heroes for saving drowning boys

A mother and son have been reunited with a police officer and local resident who saved two boys from drowning on the New South Wales Central Coast.
The two boys had been wading in shallows at The Entrance Channel yesterday afternoon when they became caught in a strong rip.
Peter Dobos, 43, and Senior Constable Steven Ah Tow, 43, waded into the notorious waterway when they discovered 11-year-old Koby Bishop and his friend Blake, also 11, struggling to stay upright.
