The PANSW has worked tirelessly to ensure the NSWPF delivers a fair Optional Disengagement scheme that rewards years of service and assists police transition out of the NSWPF with financial security.
We head into Christmas 2021 with ODS almost delivered, and expect it to commence late in January 2022.
