25% PAY RISE NEGOTIATIONS CONTINUE LEADING INTO CONFERENCE
Next week, NSW Premier Chris Minns will attend the PANSW Biennial Conference.
He is aware of the significance of our Concessional Cap campaign, its impact on our members and our calls for a resolution.
We will continue to advocate on your behalf for a 25% pay rise across all ranks, along with a focus on retention through compressed pay scales and other allowances. Our negotiations with the NSW Government are slow but ongoing and we will demand that any offer reached after 1 July be backdated.
Your elected delegates will work at Conference to bolster our claim and set the strategic direction of the PANSW for the next two years.
